My name is Ida Węgrzynowska, I am a personal adviser and psychotherapist, I also completed post-graduate studies in philosophy, I have been working with people for over 25 years. In my work I use the Gestalt therapeutic trend, supported by other methods of work, e.g.. NARM. I am deeply into the idea that human body should be recognized as whole, our body, emotions and mind work together, complement and affect each other.


I believe that our body is very wise, very often the body is the first to send us disturbing signals that we neglect or "remove" pharmaceutically, which can lead to deepening of the problem. Thanks to the therapy based on working with our body, we return to the original potential to live healthy, in a very wide sense of the word. As a lover of healthy life, I do yoga, run, dance, eat well, live ecologically, I try to follow the rules of the so-called "Slow life".

I run developed by me relaxation classes with elements of MBSR (Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction), and yoga. Yoga is a way to take care not only of your physical health, but also your intellectual and emotional health. Sue Carter, a neuroscientist who has been working on oxytocin for years, has proven that practicing yoga increases the production of this hormone of "love and attachment" in our body.
